Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with agile team members and cross-functional stakeholders on the planning, design, and development of system solutions.
- Apply technical knowledge and skills under guidance to build, enhance, and maintain solutions within a structured and supportive environment.
- Provide production and application support by assisting end users in issue resolution while adhering to defined service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Document technical work, processes, and solutions comprehensively, and share knowledge to ensure team alignment and continuity.
- Actively contribute to project teams and take ownership of assigned tasks and deliverables to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Work closely with agile squad members to deliver high-quality, reliable, and scalable solutions.
- Coordinate with leads and managers to ensure timely completion of work in line with quality and performance expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-product engineers, integration teams, and global internal teams across multiple regions and time zones to deliver seamless, end-to-end solutions.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum of one year of relevant professional work experience in a related role.
- Knowledge of UKG Pro systems, preferably with exposure to global or multi-region implementations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within Agile frameworks, working closely with product owners, engineers, and cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated mindset with a strong commitment to continuous learning and delivering high-quality results.
