Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality analytical insights to support the design, implementation, and improvement of innovative business processes and problem-solving initiatives.
- Capture, validate, and document business and data requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and key principles.
- Analyze, interpret, and visualize large and complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and data-driven solutions.
- Perform data extraction, storage, transformation, manipulation, and analysis across multiple data sources.
- Conduct and support options analysis to evaluate alternatives and recommend the most suitable solutions.
- Maintain end-to-end traceability between business requirements and analytical outputs to ensure transparency and accuracy.
- Proactively identify opportunities to challenge, optimize, and improve existing business processes to enhance customer outcomes.
- Design and execute quality assurance checks at multiple stages of the project to validate analytical results, ensure data integrity, identify inconsistencies, and resolve data quality issues.
