Key Responsibilities:
- Play a key role in driving quality initiatives to ensure the development and delivery of high-quality products.
- Adhere to enterprise-wide quality standards, processes, and testing tools.
- Develop and execute test plans for a single application, independently creating test data and identifying test environment preparation requirements.
- Participate in project-level reviews, walkthroughs, and inspections, and conduct detailed reviews of test plans, requirements, test cases, and automation artifacts.
- Identify and propose automation opportunities to senior team members and implement basic test automation solutions.
- Take responsibility for test automation activities and support Continuous Integration (CI) processes.
- Collaborate closely with the development team to identify defects early in the development lifecycle through requirements analysis and code reviews.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience with multiple programming languages, software development practices, and test automation frameworks.
- Hands-on experience in designing and writing functional and integration test cases.
- Exposure to building and using test automation frameworks with tools such as Serenity, Cucumber, Selenium, BrowserStack, or similar technologies.
- Experience in testing RESTful APIs.
- Ability to create effective acceptance and integration test automation scripts and integrate them with Continuous Integration tools such as Jenkins and code coverage tools like Sonar.
- Proven experience in developing high-quality test strategies and executing tests, including identifying test environment preparation requirements.
- Experience in building and enhancing automation frameworks, developing acceptance and integration test automation scripts, and integrating them with other testing and development tools.
