Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve escalated service issues effectively while maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Operate independently and make informed strategic decisions based on data, insights, and professional experience.
- Support client onboarding by fulfilling AML and KYC requirements, ensuring regulatory compliance and appropriate risk assessment.
- Conduct detailed investigations to identify AML typologies and produce accurate and comprehensive reports of findings.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance operational efficiency, and effectively manage stakeholder relationships.
- Analyze transaction data to detect patterns and validate legitimacy, collaborating with bankers and customers to obtain required information.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Exceptional research and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze large volumes of unstructured data.
- Strong client focus with excellent customer service skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a high-volume work environment.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, along with strong digital literacy.
- Ability to work independently, make strategic decisions, and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills to address and resolve internal and external customer concerns.
Preferred Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of KYC and AML policies, with experience in risk management, audit, or process improvement.
- Ability to motivate and collaborate with teams using empathy and emotional intelligence.
- Experience working with mainframe and PC-based systems, as well as digital process automation tools.
- Experience in project management and process improvement initiatives.
- Resilience and adaptability in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
