Key Responsibilities:
- Define, document, and manage business requirements in a clear, structured, and meaningful manner throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify and assess the impact of changes on the current state to determine the target state.
- Review the test strategy, test plan, and test scenarios, and provide oversight for all testing activities.
- Work independently with a high degree of flexibility while consulting with stakeholders at all levels and managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and apply lateral thinking to propose solutions using proven best practices or innovative approaches.
- Anticipate potential risks or unforeseen roadblocks and take proactive measures to mitigate them promptly.
- Understand the organization’s priorities, business drivers, competitive landscape, and strategic direction to deliver commercially and strategically aligned solutions while considering risk and reward.
- Promote and apply design thinking methodologies throughout the change ideation and delivery lifecycle, including activities such as persona mapping to ensure a customer-centric solution design.
- Apply a customer-centric approach by identifying changes, assessing their impact across the organization, and preparing and supporting affected individuals and teams for smooth adoption.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Ability to apply critical thinking by bringing structure and clarity to undefined or large-scale problems and solving them systematically, logically, and independently.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities, supported by effective interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- An Agile mindset with the ability to adapt quickly, iterate continuously, and incorporate ongoing feedback for improvement.
- Experience facilitating workshops, brainstorming sessions, scope definition, requirements management, and preparing and presenting option papers, along with documenting non-functional requirements.
- Broad knowledge of the banking and financial services industry, along with relevant functional expertise.
- Proven experience in implementing and managing both business and technology changes to ensure smooth transition to Business as Usual (BAU), including successful adoption by internal and external stakeholders.
