Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and validate retail and commercial risk scorecards to support accurate creditworthiness assessments.
- Build innovative marketing and fraud risk models using advanced statistical and machine learning techniques.
- Design and implement predictive algorithms to forecast credit risk, customer behavior, and potential fraud activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and convert them into actionable analytical insights.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis, perform feature engineering, and evaluate model performance to optimize results.
- Ensure high data quality and integrity through rigorous data cleaning, preprocessing, and validation activities.
- Stay informed about emerging data science technologies and apply new methodologies to solve business problems effectively.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Strong proficiency in statistical modeling and machine learning techniques, including regression, classification, clustering, and related algorithms.
- Expertise in SQL and Python (or similar programming languages), along with data manipulation tools such as Pandas and NumPy for extracting, cleaning, and analyzing large datasets.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities to break down complex issues, identify patterns, and derive meaningful insights.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
