Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, implement, and support mission-critical enterprise Business Intelligence (BI) reports, Excel reports, and other reporting tools in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Document reporting requirements to meet business needs effectively.
- Utilize expertise as an MIS Analyst to design, develop, test, and implement reports and dashboards using Power BI and Advanced Excel.
- Participate in business analysis activities to gather detailed reporting and dashboard requirements.
- Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for implementing reports and dashboards.
- Collaborate with Operations teams to convert legacy reports into BI solutions or a centralized reporting system.
- Provide ongoing support to ensure the availability and performance of developed reports and dashboards for all users.
- Assist users in generating ad hoc reports as needed.
- Ensure timelines and accuracy of all reports are consistently maintained.
- Leverage relevant experience in developing and implementing enterprise-scale reports and dashboards.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to work effectively in project environments.
- Apply strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities to reporting tasks and challenges.
- Capture detailed data and reporting requirements from Operations teams.
- Prepare requirement summaries and validate them with Operations teams.
- Proactively communicate with Operations teams and the GCC Lead on progress and issues.
- Follow team standards and guidelines, ensuring proper documentation of all work.
- Plan report development and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) phases with Leads and ensure work progresses as per the agreed plan.
- Proactively inform and align on revised timelines with Operations teams and the GCC Lead in case of unforeseen delays.
- Follow up with Operations teams to complete UAT and obtain operational sign-off.
- Train and mentor junior developers to support their growth and ensure quality deliverables.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Preferred Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including building and working with Macros.
- Hands-on working experience with Tableau for reporting and data visualization.
