Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor business travellers and manage associated compliance requirements.
- Proactively identify actual or potential compliance and risk issues across all aspects of mobility, including tax, employment law, immigration, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage the day-to-day in-house compensation management process for GMS-managed mobile employees, ensuring accurate accumulation of compensation data.
- Ensure that all payroll and non-payroll assignment and relocation components are accurately captured so that correct instructions can be provided to payroll and reporting teams.
- Partner with external vendors, such as relocation and tax providers, on compensation-related processes.
- Work closely with the Payroll team to ensure seamless delivery of expatriate compensation.
- Prepare monthly and year-end compensation reports and payroll instructions, ensuring all inputs are provided to payroll accurately and within required deadlines.
- Support the functionality of the assignment management tool, ensuring it effectively serves day-to-day operations and that related databases remain accurate and up to date.
- Generate and review assignment documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Collaborate with the case manager to continuously review and improve the effectiveness of operational processes.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Business Administration (BBA), or a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with teams across different geographic locations.
- Enthusiastic, positive, and eager to learn and develop.
- Ability to handle and manage confidential information appropriately.
- Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with strong proficiency in Excel preferred.
- Motivated by a dynamic business culture aligned with the firm’s broader growth strategy.
- Ability to work within existing processes and systems while making constructive suggestions for improvements.
