Accountabilities:
- Identify and analyse business problems and client requirements that necessitate organisational change.
- Develop clear and comprehensive business requirements to address identified business problems and opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure proposed solutions meet their needs and expectations.
- Support the creation of business cases to justify investment in proposed solutions.
- Conduct feasibility studies to assess the viability of proposed solutions.
- Support the preparation of project progress reports to ensure solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
- Develop operational and process designs to ensure proposed solutions are delivered within the agreed scope.
- Support change management activities, including developing a traceability matrix to ensure proposed solutions are successfully implemented and embedded within the organisation.

- Identify when additional areas of specialisation are required to complete assignments, and train, guide, and coach less experienced specialists, providing insights that influence long-term profitability, organisational risk, and strategic decisions.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Demonstrated extensive experience in requirements analysis within an investment banking (IB) role.
- Possesses working knowledge of various asset classes in an IB environment.
- Able to create detailed project plans and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Coordinates with internal stakeholders (developers, business analysts, DevOps, Scrum Master) to monitor tasks and ensure schedules are met.
- Coordinates with external stakeholders (development teams, business teams) to identify and remove project bottlenecks.
- Prepares dashboards and weekly management reports to provide clear updates on project status.
- Continuously improves internal processes and procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Has a strong understanding of Functional Requirements Documentation (FRD).
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with workflows and data flows in settlements and accounting functions.
- Experience in managing work schedules for a small team.
