Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable, maintainable, and reusable software components with a strong focus on performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate requirements into well-architected solutions, taking ownership of features from design to delivery.
- Build intuitive, extensible, and user-friendly interfaces using modern UI frameworks, ensuring flexibility for customer-specific use cases.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of new products and features while continuously enhancing existing product capabilities.
- Integrate automated testing into development workflows to maintain consistent quality across all releases.
- Participate in design and code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices in performance, maintainability, and testability.
- Develop comprehensive test strategies covering functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement by sharing engineering and quality best practices with the team.
- Promote engineering craftsmanship, knowledge-sharing, and thoughtful quality practices across the team.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience in applying critical thinking to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving, including the use of AI-powered tools, workflow automation, AI-driven insights, or evaluating AI’s impact on business functions or the industry.
- 2.5–4.5 years of experience in software engineering with a proven track record of delivering high-quality products.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or similar object-oriented programming languages.
- Hands-on experience with modern front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.
- Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks such as JUnit, Selenium, or TestNG, and experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of software quality principles, including reliability, observability, and production readiness.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex systems and optimize performance across the full technology stack.
- Experience working with AI-powered tools and workflows, including dataset validation, model prediction analysis, and inference consistency checks.
- Comfortable working with development tools such as IDEs, debuggers, profilers, version control systems, and Unix-based environments.
