Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct secondary research across IT, BPS, and analytics domains using industry databases such as Gartner, IDC, Everest Group, HfS, and Statista.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to derive actionable insights for leadership and sales teams.
- Develop marketing and sales collateral, including pitch decks, case studies, whitepapers, and thought leadership content.
- Support leadership in developing go-to-market (GTM) strategies, account insights, and strategic presentations.
- Collaborate with sales teams to create proposals, tailor offerings, and effectively communicate value propositions.
- Craft compelling, data-driven narratives and PowerPoint presentations for both internal and external communication.
- Work collaboratively across analytics, marketing, and sales functions to drive business growth through research-based insights.
