Key Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of high-quality business solutions by performing data extraction, storage, manipulation, processing, and analysis.
- Develop and execute standard queries to ensure data accuracy, identify inconsistencies, and detect missing data.
- Collect, profile, and map relevant data for use in new or existing business solutions and ongoing data-related activities.
- Identify and document data migration paths and processes while standardizing data naming conventions, definitions, and models.
- Interpret customer requirements and translate them into functional or data specifications and process models.
- Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with key business stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum of five years of experience using data analysis tools and delivering analytical solutions within a technology or IT function.
- Strong understanding of data interrelationships and expertise across multiple data domains.
- Proven background in conducting research using both qualitative and quantitative data across diverse subjects.
- Hands-on experience in customer onboarding processes and operations digitization initiatives.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
