Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead the technical team in developing high-quality software solutions while ensuring code consistency, maintainability, and performance.
- Define and implement software architecture and development standards, ensuring adherence across all team members.
- Actively contribute to the development of key features by providing technical expertise, troubleshooting, and resolving complex issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand project requirements, ensuring proposed solutions align with business and technical objectives.
- Plan, prioritize, and manage development tasks to ensure timely completion of deliverables within defined deadlines.
- Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Promote collaboration, mentorship, and knowledge sharing within the team to enhance technical competency and teamwork.
- Conduct code reviews, testing, and documentation to ensure compliance with best practices and coding standards.
- Manage and resolve technical incidents efficiently by analyzing root causes and implementing effective solutions.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks, including C# (.NET Core), TypeScript, and SQL/T-SQL.
- Hands-on experience with Cloud and DevOps technologies, such as AWS, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, GitLab, and Git Flow.
- Familiarity with tools and platforms such as Visual Studio, DataGrip, Postman, Bruno, Sonar, and Apache NiFi is preferred.
- Strong understanding of software architecture and development practices, including REST APIs, Test-Driven Development (TDD), Domain-Driven Design (DDD), UML, and craftsmanship principles.
- Excellent communication skills with a high degree of empathy and collaboration.
- Effective team player with strong analytical, problem-solving, and synthesis abilities, while maintaining autonomy in task execution.
- Experience working across multiple environments, including Test, Pre-production, and Production stages.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions.
