Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for Java-based applications across production and non-production environments.
- Monitor application performance and availability using tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, or equivalent monitoring solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests, and application-related issues within defined service level agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and operations teams to identify root causes and implement effective fixes.
- Conduct regular system health checks, perform log analysis, and carry out proactive maintenance activities.
- Participate in deployment processes, including release validation, testing, and rollback planning.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of support procedures, known issues, and resolutions.
- Ensure adherence to ITIL processes, including incident, problem, and change management practices.
- Provide support for batch jobs, integrations, and middleware components as required.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Java programming.
- Skilled in SQL for data querying and management.
