Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Generative AI services and enterprise-specific solutions with a strong focus on best-in-class security for customers.
- Design and build scalable infrastructure, including microservices and backend systems for user interfaces, dashboards, and other interactive applications.
- Contribute to cloud-native development involving key infrastructure components such as identity management, logging, tagging, service limits, gateways, and private networks.
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate and enhance infrastructure components, ensuring effective communication and alignment of requirements while addressing both internal and external stakeholders’ product challenges.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers in areas such as design, development, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Participate in on-call rotations and support production operations to ensure system reliability and performance.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferred) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Expertise in at least one high-level programming language such as Java, C#, or C++ (Java preferred).
- Proficient in at least one scripting language such as Python, JavaScript, or Shell (Python and JavaScript preferred).
- Working knowledge of at least one UI framework such as React.js or Angular.
- Practical experience in designing, implementing, and deploying distributed systems using microservices architecture and APIs with common frameworks like Spring Boot (Java) or Vert.x.
- Familiarity with current techniques and approaches in machine learning, as well as statistical or mathematical modeling.
- Hands-on experience working in a cloud environment such as Oracle Cloud (OCI), AWS, GCP, Azure, Heroku, or similar platforms.
- Experience or willingness to learn and work within Agile, iterative development, and DevOps processes.
- Strong motivation to continuously learn and master emerging technologies and methodologies.
- In-depth understanding of data structures, algorithms, and exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud-native frameworks, tools, and products is an added advantage.
- Hands-on experience or knowledge in Machine Learning Engineering, ML frameworks, MLOps, or Generative AI is preferred.
