Key Responsibilities:
- Perform intermediate-level system configuration and customization tasks.
- Install and configure tools required to support development activities.
- Prepare and maintain regular status reports within DevOps tools.
- Learn and work with Azure and AWS cloud stacks while assisting technical leads in issue resolution.
- Execute intermediate system administration duties to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide client support through troubleshooting, software upgrades, and implementation of enhancements.
- Conduct data migration activities, including data analysis and migration using ETL processes.
- Adhere to and meet customer service metrics and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Report project status within internal teams and to clients as required.
- Manage and prioritize requirements from multiple clients concurrently.
- Collaborate effectively with diverse and cross-cultural teams.
- Contribute to internal initiatives, programs, and tool development efforts.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum CGPA of 7.0 or above.
- Strong understanding of AWS or Azure cloud platforms for resolving technical issues and collaborating with clients, peers, and managers.
- Excellent personal organization and delivery skills, with the ability to set, manage, and meet milestones and deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, .NET, and SQL.
- Working knowledge of databases including PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Experience working across multiple operating systems, including various Linux distributions and Windows.
- Familiarity with leading software development practices and creating technical documentation such as requirements, functional specifications, and test plans.
