Role and Responsibilities:
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, and support.
- Develop software solutions that support clients’ hybrid-cloud and AI initiatives.
- Work with the latest technologies to ensure applications are high-performing, reliable, responsive, and maintainable.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver scalable and efficient software solutions.
Your primary responsibilities include:
- Analytical Problem-Solving and Solution Enhancement: Analyze, validate, and recommend improvements to existing issues, collaborating closely with architects and technical leaders.
- Comprehensive Engagement Across Process Phases: Participate in all stages of the software development process, including design, development, testing, release, and troubleshooting, while ensuring excellent customer service.
- Strategic Stakeholder Engagement and Innovative Coding Solutions: Lead discussions with stakeholders, assess the current environment, and develop innovative coding solutions to address business needs.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s Degree
Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or Node.js.
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concepts.
- No active academic or project backlogs.
- Must be in the final year of education and able to obtain the degree before starting employment with IBM.
- Year of graduation: 2026.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related streams (including CSE, AIML, DS, Cloud Computing, Big Data Analytics, CSBS, IoT, Robotics, AI, Cybersecurity, Blockchain) with a minimum of 6 CGPA or 60%.
- Fluent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:
- Strong engineering foundation with good problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Flexibility to work from any location in India.
