Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and potential solutions for product-centric requirements.
- Provide cross-functional stakeholders with the data and insights needed to evaluate program performance and support decision-making.
- Act as a liaison between different groups, including Engineering, Program Management, and Operations teams, to ensure smooth collaboration.
- Prepare and share quarterly project-level work estimations with stakeholders to facilitate effective planning and resource allocation.
- Manage multiple high-priority tasks and coordinate with various points of contact simultaneously to ensure timely delivery of outcomes.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Experience Required:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency in SQL.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of product analytics and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to deliver high-quality work with minimal errors (“get things right the first time”).
- Hands-on experience with SQL, including complex JOINs, WINDOW functions, and writing queries that are both efficient and readable.
- Ability to write SQL that follows style guides and is easily understandable by others.
- Efficient coding practices aimed at minimizing technical debt and achieving objectives using the least amount of SQL necessary.
- Experience with version control systems to deliver production-level data pipelines is preferred.
- Detail-oriented approach when writing code, producing charts, creating documentation, or sending communications.
- Systematic and data-led problem-solving skills, including step-by-step analysis to identify root causes of issues.
