Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day vendor data configuration requirements for both new and existing clients on the Data & Analytics Platform, including defining key milestones, managing action items, and coordinating with stakeholder departments.
- Provide ongoing production support for the Aladdin Data Factory, assisting in the installation and customization of analytic and reporting solutions to meet client-specific needs.
- Develop a deep understanding of Aladdin’s functionality to help clients fully leverage the platform’s capabilities.
- Deliver high-quality client service to both external clients and internal teams, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Respond to inquiries and resolve issues raised by external clients and internal BlackRock partners in a professional and efficient manner.
- Serve as both Business Analyst and Project Manager by capturing detailed client requirements, evaluating potential solutions, and ensuring that key project milestones are successfully achieved.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Strong academic background with a degree in Business, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or another quantitative field.
- Demonstrates a “Student of the Markets” mindset — intellectually curious and passionate about global financial markets and investment management.
- Possesses a deep interest in understanding complex processes, with creativity and entrepreneurial drive to solve unconventional problems and learn new technologies.
- Solid understanding of risk analytics for fixed income, equity, and alternative products; knowledge of private markets or derivatives is an added advantage.
- Strong critical thinking abilities and proven experience in applying technology to solve large-scale problems.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and completing large and complex projects.
- Ability to multitask and coordinate cross-departmental projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative team player capable of thriving in an innovative, ambitious, and dynamic work setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly across different functions and organizational levels.
- Proficiency in SQL preferred; knowledge of UNIX/Linux, Python, or Java is an added benefit.
- 1–3 years of demonstrated experience, preferably within the financial services industry.
