Key Responsibilities:
- Develop applications that meet client objectives and address user needs effectively.
- Design, write, and maintain application code and associated databases.
- Analyze and enhance existing software applications to optimize functionality, resolve issues, and ensure compatibility with new hardware platforms.
- Remodel and adapt applications as needed to improve performance and efficiency.
- Identify and document specific client needs and preferences related to applications.
- Conduct extensive testing to ensure applications are error-free and reliable.
- Install applications and provide technical guidance to clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate with internal technical stakeholders to gather information on project limitations, performance requirements, and system interfaces.
- Consult with clients during the design phase to determine application requirements.
- Produce software documentation following company standards and templates.
- Participate in software product review sessions and team meetings to provide feedback and updates.
- Perform any other related tasks as required.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Certifications in programming languages (e.g., Java, Perl, Python, C++) preferred.
- Scrum or Project Management certification preferred.
Technical Expertise:
- Strong understanding of computer science principles, including programming, application design, and user-focused features.
- Proficient in writing software using Java and other standard object libraries.
- Extensive knowledge of software development processes and integrated development environments (IDEs).
- Experienced in multiple programming languages such as Java, Perl, Python, C++, and C.
- Proficient in SQL and working with Linux, Unix, and Windows operating systems.
- Experienced in Agile development methodologies, including Scrum.
Analytical and Professional Skills:
- Strong ability to analyze and understand complex systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated analytical, project management, and decision-making skills for cross-functional team impact.
- Effective team player, maintaining integrity and collaboration within the team.

Experience Requirements:
- Extensive experience in Software Applications Engineering, Software Development, or related roles.
- Proven programming experience in languages such as C, C++, Java, and Python.
- Hands-on experience with Linux/Unix and Windows operating systems.
- Strong background in SQL and Agile project management.
