Key Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of high-quality business solutions by performing data extraction, storage, manipulation, processing, and analysis.
- Develop and execute standard queries to ensure data quality, detect inconsistencies, and identify missing data.
- Collect, profile, and map data for use in new or existing solutions and for ongoing data-related activities.
- Identify and document data migration paths and processes while standardizing data naming conventions, definitions, and models.
- Interpret customer needs and translate them into functional or data requirements and process models.
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with key business stakeholders.
Eligibility Criteria:
Core Competencies:
- Proficient in analyzing data using SQL and PgSQL from Postgres and Oracle databases, with a strong understanding of functional database design principles.
- Skilled in capturing, validating, and documenting both business and system requirements effectively.
- Adept at translating functional requirements into detailed technical specifications through comprehensive data analysis.
- Experienced in developing test scenarios based on functional and data analysis to validate data controls.
- Ability to work effectively within Agile and DevOps frameworks.
- Proven experience in applying a wide range of business analysis tools and methodologies.
Agile Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of Agile values, principles, and methodologies, with hands-on experience in Agile environments.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to peers and senior management.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills to build and maintain effective working relationships.
