Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of markets and user requirements.
  • Launch products and features, monitor their performance, and iterate for improvements.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and UX teams to develop technologies.
  • Create innovative solutions to problems through cross-regional, cross-product, and cross-functional collaboration.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Currently enrolled in or graduated from a degree program in Product Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field, or possess equivalent practical experience.
  • Internship or Teaching Assistant experience in product management, software development, or a similar technical field.
  • Experience leading entrepreneurial initiatives or outreach within organizations while building cross-functional relationships.
  • Experience preparing and delivering technical presentations to audiences through internships, coursework, or extracurricular activities.

Preferred Skills: 

  • Experience with methodologies that drive product development and delivery.
  • Exposure to applying AI/ML concepts in building products or features through internships, capstone projects, or academic work.
  • Technical knowledge in programming, data analysis, business case/modeling, pricing, or design.
  • Ability to begin full-time work during the primary cohort onboarding cycle between April and August 2026.
  • Fluency in English to effectively support cross-functional business relationships across the region.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, investigative, and critical thinking skills.
