Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in collecting business requirements and documenting use cases.
- Support data gathering on document volumes, formats, complexity, and process exceptions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to validate current-state processes.
- Prepare reports and analyses to justify and prioritize automation opportunities.
- Document language-specific and country-level variations in document processing.
- Work under the guidance of the Senior Business Analyst to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Support mapping of use cases to Pega workflows and integration points.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 2 to 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with exposure to automation or document processing projects.
- Strong understanding of business process documentation and data analysis techniques.
- Familiarity with Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) concepts.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Experience with Pega is an advantage, though not mandatory.
- Willingness to learn and contribute to a fast-paced, transformation-driven initiative.
