Key Responsibilities:
- Actively contribute to design workshops, code reviews, scrum of scrums, and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Participate in Scrum meetings, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and escalate risks/issues to the Release Manager or Technical Product Owner in a timely manner.
- Identify automation opportunities and implement task automation using tools and scripts.
- Mentor and guide developers and analysts, while managing and allocating work as needed.
- Ensure the implementation of CI/CD pipelines within a DevOps product/service team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Eligibility Criteria:
- In-depth knowledge of databases including Oracle, NoSQL, and PL/SQL, with extensive experience in writing efficient SQL scripts and performing SQL optimization.
- Strong expertise in Tableau for data visualization and reporting.
- Proven experience in effort estimation and leading a POD team using Agile methodologies.
- Proficient in using tools such as GitHub, JIRA, Confluence, and Jenkins.
- Strong knowledge of cloud computing technologies, particularly Google Cloud Platform (GCP) with a focus on BigQuery.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written), along with strong problem-solving skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Thorough understanding of SDLC processes (Agile, DevOps) with adherence to coding standards during development.
- Experience collaborating with diverse Business and IT teams.
