Key Responsibilities:
- Receive coaching and mentoring to successfully complete assignments and projects while enhancing learning and skill development.
- Contribute to internal projects aimed at delivering customer outcomes and identifying opportunities for business improvement.
- Learn and apply internal software tools to support the completion of projects and assigned tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and fellow interns to engage and network with global business leaders.
- Apply Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures in all activities to ensure full compliance.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Engineering, Technology, Mechanics, another STEM-related field, or a business-related discipline.
- Must be a citizen of India.
- Maintain a GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 or equivalent as per the country’s grading system.
- Demonstrate fluency in oral and written English with strong communication skills.
- Willing and able to relocate for the duration of the internship (location may vary).
- Legally authorized to work in the country of application without company sponsorship or time restrictions, both now and in the future.
