Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, extract, and enter high-quality financial data into work tools in accordance with guideline specifications for the assigned vertical.
- Develop a strong understanding of datasets, workflows, and work tools to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Achieve predefined individual and team targets while delivering outcomes with quality and excellence.
- Troubleshoot issues and support the team in improving workflows and departmental processes.
- Respond to emails from coworkers and managers in a timely manner, demonstrating proactiveness and a strong aptitude for learning new skills.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Fresh graduates with a background in Commerce (BBA, BMS, B.Com) or postgraduates with PGDM/MBA specializing in Finance (Passing year 2025 only).
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts as per business requirements (24×5 environment, including night shifts).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong understanding of corporate finance and accountancy, including financial statements and annual reports.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work across different time zones.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and interpretive abilities.
