Key Responsibilities:
- Support the design of meaningful metrics that reflect operational health and guide decision-making.
- Develop high-quality operational dashboards and reports for Tech Ops leadership, front-line management, and business teams across the organization.
- Curate and maintain tables and views to establish a reliable “single source of truth” for Tech Ops data.
- Collaborate continuously with business groups within Tech Ops to understand needs and design effective data solutions.
- Automate existing manual reports and processes to enhance operational efficiency and throughput.
- Document the Tech Ops data landscape, maintain a comprehensive inventory of reports, and plan for report consolidation, elimination, or improvement.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in analytics or reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate large volumes of information with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of data structures, relationships, and efficient transformation techniques.
- Knowledge and application of data visualization best practices.
- Proficiency in writing complex queries and procedures using traditional and modern technologies/languages such as SQL, Python, or Spark.
- Experience in data visualization using tools such as Spotfire, Tableau, or ggplot2 to develop meaningful and elegant dashboards.
- Familiarity with JavaScript, D3, HTML, CSS, or front-end development.
- Ability to understand business processes and design data/technology solutions that connect business operations with measurable outcomes.
- Legally authorized to work in India without employer sponsorship.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
- Successful completion of the interview process to meet job requirements.
- Reliable and punctual attendance as an essential function of the role.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a quantitative field.
- Prior experience in the airline industry or knowledge of airline operations.
- Familiarity with various components of the data ecosystem, including acquisition, engineering, storage, management, analysis, visualization, and deployment.
- Exposure to statistical and analytical methods.
