Key Responsibilities:
- Process Improvement: Identify, design, and implement operational processes and systems across departments to improve efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring scalability and alignment with business goals.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with department heads (e.g., sales, marketing, finance, product) to address business requirements and ensure smooth coordination.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze business performance data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities. Prepare regular reports and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Device Planning & Allocation: Plan and allocate devices effectively to meet business demands and organizational objectives.
- Operational Efficiency: Monitor day-to-day operations to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and risks, and implement solutions to optimize workflow and productivity.
- Budget Management: Oversee the device budget, ensuring expenditures align with strategic priorities and organizational goals.
- Risk Management: Identify potential operational risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them effectively.
- Vendor & Supplier Management: Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, ensuring service levels are met and contracts are effectively negotiated.
- Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement by adopting new tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance operations.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with a specialization in Data Science.
Key Skills Required:
- Experience working with SQL or other data analysis tools.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools such as Microsoft Visio or Lucidchart, along with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong documentation skills with the ability to create clear and detailed business requirements, process flows, and reports.
- Experience using data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau or Google Data Studio.
