Key Responsibilities:
- Apply standard procedures to accurately investigate and resolve customer issues with care.
- Handle basic FAQs and troubleshooting support independently, escalating only complex cases for guidance.
- Deliver high-quality and efficient support for frequent and less complex customer requests.
- Gather relevant information in a structured manner to support effective investigations.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) using defined methodologies to ensure accurate and reliable outcomes.
- Meet service level agreements (SLAs) while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Support core product functionality and assist customers with basic product-related queries.
- Communicate clearly and simply to ensure a positive customer experience.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 1–3 years of experience in chargebacks within customer support, payment operations, or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of standard investigation procedures and root cause analysis (RCA) methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage sensitive and complex issues accurately.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in financial crime (FinCrime), risk management, or compliance.
- Familiarity with payment operations, transaction monitoring, or fraud prevention processes.
