Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and process customer orders in the system.
- Coordinate inventory levels to ensure they meet order requirements.
- Collaborate with production scheduling and logistics teams to arrange timely deliveries.
- Monitor order status and provide regular updates to customers.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records for all orders.
- Address and resolve order discrepancies or issues promptly.
- Regularly update order management systems with the latest data.
- Use strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills to support decision-making for senior management and drive optimized outcomes.
- Deliver high levels of client service while working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Work independently with self-direction to meet and exceed goals.
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Aerospace industry background is preferred.
- Prior experience in order management.
- Willingness to take on new challenges.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to flexible working hours.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in order management or supply chain is desirable.
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as Oracle, Oracle Fusion, or SAP is an advantage.
- Industry experience in heavy manufacturing or industrial engineering is preferred.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a cross-cultural environment.
