Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and enhance existing automation test frameworks.
- Collect, analyze, and report quality metrics from test executions.
- Collaborate with developers to design testing strategies for new features and implement automated tests.
- Create comprehensive test plans, execute them, and automate test cases where applicable.
- Support engineering teams in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to applications and development/test environments.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience in leveraging AI to enhance work processes, decision-making, and problem-solving, including the use of AI-powered tools, workflow automation, analysis of AI-driven insights, and exploration of AI’s potential impact on business functions or industry.
- Over 2 years of experience with technologies relevant to ServiceNow (SN) and strong coding skills with high-quality output.
- Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks such as Java, JUnit, Selenium, TestNG, and other open-source tools.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and its application within software development teams.
- Strong understanding of multiple testing techniques (e.g., performance, unit, integration, automated), their strengths and limitations, and the ability to apply them effectively while tracking and addressing identified issues.
- Proficiency in using tools such as IDEs, debuggers, build tools, source control systems, ServiceNow instances, profilers, and Unix/system administration tools to support daily tasks.
