Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends, and provide insights to enhance marketing strategies.
  • Assist in the creation and optimization of marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and website content to effectively communicate the company’s value proposition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure messaging alignment and maintain brand coherence.
  • Use analytical tools to monitor and evaluate marketing performance, delivering actionable insights to improve future initiatives.
  • Support the organization and coordination of promotional events, trade shows, and conferences to boost brand awareness and generate leads.

Required Technical/Functional Competencies:

Content Creation:

  • Ability to create basic marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and social media posts using standard tools and templates.

Corporate Branding:

  • Basic understanding of corporate branding concepts, including brand guidelines, identity, positioning, and equity.

Digital Marketing:

  • Basic knowledge of the B2B marketing ecosystem, particularly within the technology industry.

  • Ability to set up simple automated workflows and email campaigns.

SEO:

  • Basic understanding of keyword research concepts such as search volume, competition, and relevance.
  • Ability to conduct keyword research using standard tools.

Service Line Marketing:

  • Basic knowledge of service line marketing for technologies (e.g., SAP, Data, Cloud, Infrastructure).
  • Understanding of positioning, messaging, and basic market analysis.
  • Ability to create marketing materials and develop a basic understanding of the Lead-to-Closure cycle and sales processes.
