Key Responsibilities:
- Review, classify, and/or remove content in accordance with client guidelines using designated tools and channels.
- Stay updated on evolving client policies and guidelines to ensure compliance.
- Investigate and resolve complex content-related issues, escalating them to the broader Trust and Safety team when necessary.
- Act as an advocate for the user community by ensuring a safe and positive online environment.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing quality and efficiency of work.
- Actively participate in continuous training programs and workgroup discussions to support professional development.
- Engage in conversations on socially sensitive topics with the objective of maintaining safe communities.
