Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute campaign list pulls for major direct marketing efforts (direct mail, email, SMS, and telemarketing), as well as smaller, trigger-based programs, in alignment with the overall contact strategy.
- Utilize hands-on experience with IBM or HCL Unica EMM Suite, Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Marketo, or Adobe Campaign.
- Apply knowledge of customers and data to guide and execute campaigns aimed at increasing engagement and enrollment in company products.
- Assess and interpret the needs and requirements of business partners.
- Extract and manipulate data by performing database queries to support marketing initiatives.
- Provide actionable insights by interpreting and explaining data to support departmental and business unit needs.
- Maintain strategic relationships with business partners and Marketing Managers to understand their business goals and propose new strategies.
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies, procedures, and all directives, including potential changes in work location, team assignments, shifts, work benefits, work environment, and alternative arrangements, as determined by the company in response to evolving business needs.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience using campaign management tools such as IBM/HCL Unica, Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), or Adobe Marketo.
- Background in the healthcare industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of Tableau or Power BI, and Salesforce / ExactTarget email deployment, is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying data in relational databases.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Access and Excel.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign.
- Background in marketing analysis with a solid business foundation, particularly in campaign generation within the healthcare sector.
