Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and test new software applications and solutions.
- Build and assemble prototype simulations of software applications and solutions as directed.
- Write code, complete programming tasks, and debug software applications and solutions.
- Deliver high-quality, extensible, and scalable software applications and solutions within the specified timeline.
- Contribute to code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Review project progress against defined goals and provide regular status reports.
- Demonstrate creativity in identifying effective approaches to software development and promote opportunities for product innovation.
- Identify product requirements and potential improvements, and discuss them with the Engineering Manager.
- Participate in the entire software development life cycle, from requirement gathering to product deployment.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with team members and co-workers.
Eligibility Criteria:
- B.E., B.Tech, or MCA.
- Basic understanding of development environments and source control systems.
- Working knowledge of one or more programming languages such as C/C++, .NET/C#, Java, or experience with databases is preferred.
- Familiarity with web technologies including HTML, ASP/JSP, VBScript, and JavaScript.
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical abilities, along with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
