Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation and ongoing execution of the regulatory data attestation framework within the Finance function.
- Support the development and application of standards, controls, and documentation protocols to ensure consistent and auditable sign-off on regulatory data submissions (e.g., FR Y-9C, CCAR, Basel, BCBS 239).
- Maintain attestation workflows, schedules, templates, and dashboards using the AMEX enterprise tool.
- Document data quality checks, transformation validations, and reconciliation activities to ensure attestation readiness.
- Maintain a comprehensive audit trail of data stakeholder sign-offs.
- Assist in preparing attestation status reports for leadership and regulatory stakeholders.
- Support efforts related to policy alignment and audit preparedness.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Management, or a related field; advanced degrees or professional certifications such as CA, CPA, CISA, or CDMP are preferred.
- 2 to 5 years of work experience in data governance, data quality, regulatory reporting, or audit/compliance roles.
- Prior experience in the Finance, Banking, or similar industries is highly desirable.
- Hands-on experience supporting regulatory reporting processes (e.g., FR2052a, FR Y-14s, FFIEC 031, FR Y-9C).
- Strong self-motivation and proactive approach, with the ability to handle multiple assignments and projects simultaneously within tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to remain flexible, prioritize competing demands, and operate effectively within a matrixed organizational structure.
