Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data extraction and diagnose key financial drivers to provide analytics-based recommendations to key stakeholders.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis for specific functions or business units to address financial challenges and support strategic business initiatives.
- Contribute to monthly expense and capital reviews, support the budgeting and forecasting processes, and analyze variances using operational insights.
- Interpret a variety of financial reports, including forecasts, budgets, income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the organization’s financial processes and acquire strong knowledge of its operations and business model.
- Support financial operations by assisting in period-end closings, analyzing variances and trends, and preparing financial forecasts aligned with business goals.
- Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards, corporate policies, and maintain the integrity of both internal and external reports.
- Apply core financial principles and proactively support projects through research, data analysis, and regular reporting on progress and challenges.
- Provide support for high-priority projects under guidance, maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, and disseminate information through standardized reporting formats.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline; equivalent work experience or demonstrated competence may also be considered.
- Typically possesses 0 to 2 years of professional experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related domain.
Preferred Certifications:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)

- Proficient in Accounting principles and practices

- Well-versed in Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Knowledge of designing and maintaining effective Internal Controls
- Experience with evaluating and managing Investments
- Ability to track and interpret Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Focused on Process Improvement and operational efficiency
- Hands-on experience with Profit and Loss (P&L) Management
- Proficient in using SAP Applications for financial and operational tasks
