Accountabilities:
- Design and develop comprehensive reports and dashboards using a range of data visualization tools and techniques.
- Develop and implement automated report generation processes to enhance efficiency and ensure timely delivery.
- Identify and analyze business requirements to define the appropriate content and format for reports.
- Maintain and update existing reports and dashboards to reflect evolving business needs, including coordinating reporting template releases and related administrative tasks.
- Establish and maintain robust processes and controls for gathering input data and obtaining necessary sign-offs.
- Engage with stakeholders regularly to ensure the integration of accurate and up-to-date data in reporting outputs.
Analyst Expectations:
- Influence the work of related teams within the area through analytical insights and collaboration.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and business units to support aligned goals and outcomes.
- Take ownership for the outcomes of operational processes and activities within the team.
- Escalate any breaches of policies or procedures in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Ensure effective implementation and adoption of new policies and procedures aimed at mitigating risks.
- Provide expert advice and influence decision-making within your area of specialization.

- Resolve issues by applying technical expertise and referencing relevant precedents and best practices.
- Guide and influence team members, effectively communicating complex or sensitive information.
- Serve as a key contact point for stakeholders outside the immediate function and build a strong network of internal and external contacts.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Proven experience in designing and developing comprehensive reports and dashboards using a variety of data visualization tools and techniques.
- Strong ability to engage with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate incorporation of up-to-date data into reporting outputs.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or similar platforms.
- Working knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation tasks.
