Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and manage multi-source dashboards that generate actionable insights to address specific business needs and support diverse stakeholder requirements.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their objectives and translate them into clear, insightful, and visually compelling dashboards that drive strategic decision-making.
- Translate complex datasets into engaging and persuasive stories that effectively communicate key insights to various stakeholders.
- Develop narratives that resonate with both technical and non-technical audiences to ensure clarity and impact.
- Ensure that all visualizations adhere to best practices for data accuracy, user experience, and performance optimization.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in analytics tools and techniques, and proactively apply them to uncover or demonstrate business value.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess 2–4 years of experience in a Business Intelligence and/or data analytics and visualization role.
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of data visualization tools, particularly Tableau, and familiarity with various approaches to metrics and dashboards (e.g., executive, operational, support, data quality, performance, risk, behavioral, and personalized dashboards).
- Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strong understanding of SQL for data querying and preparation.
- Understand and adapt to the working styles of cross-functional and global stakeholders and team members in a dynamic environment.
- Communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, to collaborate and drive projects forward.
- Active participation in the Tableau community and/or having an established Tableau Public portfolio is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Revenue Cloud, and the lead-to-cash process is a plus.
