Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and deploy performant and scalable solutions by applying core engineering principles such as algorithms, data structures, and development best practices.
- Use best practices and prior experience to design, code, build, and test software solutions.
- Determine optimal technical solutions and document detailed designs based on business requirements.
- Conduct or facilitate root cause analysis for all in-scope incidents and recommend appropriate corrective action plans.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely resolution of all production issues while meeting or exceeding defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Review, analyze, and modify programming systems, including coding, testing, debugging, and documenting programs.
- Participate actively in requirements gathering, program design, and database design activities.
- Apply technical knowledge and experience to resolve development and support issues effectively.
- Prioritize tasks efficiently and manage multiple assignments concurrently.
- Comply with all terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any directives related to work location, team assignments, work shifts, flexibility of work benefits, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions as required by the evolving business environment.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of development and testing experience using C# / .NET.
- At least 1 year of development experience with Microsoft SQL Server (preferred) or Oracle Database.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in database design and programming, including stored procedures and functions.
- At least 1 year of experience working within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) or using DevOps/Agile methodologies.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience with Angular.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience developing API REST web services.
- Experience working with version control tools and implementing CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps, SVN).
- Familiarity with design patterns and best practices.
- Software design experience using object-oriented design patterns, SOLID principles, and similar development practices.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proven strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
- Demonstrated self-motivation with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the healthcare industry.
- Experience working with Cognizant Facets applications.
- Experience with reporting tools.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud development.
