Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all supply chain matters related to New Product Introduction (NPI), installed base component obsolescence, and quality issues.
- Lead sourcing initiatives early in the NPI process to ensure optimal supplier selection, component specification optimization, strategic supplier engagement, establishment of an efficient supply chain, and achievement of functional target costs and product cost (ICV) goals.
- Integrate Engineering, Production, and Sourcing objectives to ensure smooth execution of NPI projects and promote standardization across programs.
- Develop and implement Value Creation Productivity (VCP) ideas to drive continuous cost improvements.
- Maintain a strong understanding of relevant product roadmaps and communicate effectively with Global Commodity Sourcing and Supplier Quality teams to support NPI activities.
- Work closely with Engineering teams to align technology capabilities between supply partners, engineering, and manufacturing to meet product and factory requirements.
- Support product segment simplification and execute activities aimed at optimizing productivity, quality, and fulfillment through strong strategic supplier relationships.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Electronics (BE) with 0–1 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to analyze and resolve problems effectively.
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs successfully.
- Demonstrated project management skills.
