Key Responsibilities:
- Work within the BSv organization, applying in-depth knowledge of one or more Record to Analyze (R2A) processes such as recording, reporting, and analysis.
- Participate in or lead efforts to achieve service levels and key performance targets for the team, ensuring delivery of high-quality and cost-effective financial services.
- Support the delivery of customer-focused and compliant services by adopting best practices, processes, technologies, and methodologies that drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- Process transactions ranging from simple to complex, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standard procedures.
- Resolve standard process-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Prepare and finalize period-end close activities and reporting tasks, including coordination and interactions with clients’ Financial Controllers.
- Perform account reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
- Support experienced finance specialists by providing progress reporting, task management, and documentation for various finance activities.
- Act independently with regular supervision and escalate issues or seek guidance when necessary.
- Build strong working relationships with stakeholders and contribute actively as a collaborative team player.
