Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and assemble business documents and technical requirements to reflect customer needs.
- Advise customers by leveraging product capabilities and methodologies, applying reusable solutions where applicable.
- Design holistic and integrated high-level solutions that align with the customer’s business needs, operational requirements, and budget constraints.
- Participate in and/or lead formal and informal reviews with key stakeholders, providing technical insights, expertise, and support.
- Communicate the details of new solutions and their impact on business processes to customers’ business and IT teams.
- Ensure customers fully understand the proposed solutions and receive clear responses to all open questions and action items.
- Support the customer during the scoping phase within a specific domain, up to and including customer sign-off (for example, COP processes for various customer types and products, EPC lead for all product models and designs, etc.).
- Prepare solution-related documents and specifications.
- Configure the solution and create, execute, and maintain accurate and detailed test plans for all relevant testing phases.
- Support the resolution of any configuration or implementation-related issues as they arise.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Degree in Computer Science or Industrial Engineering and Management with a focus on Information Systems.
- Customer-facing experience with the ability to communicate Amdocs solutions effectively through presentations, demonstrations, and other methods.
- Broad knowledge of relevant products and end-to-end business processes.
- Good understanding of the telecom industry and Amdocs business processes, including ETOM and ASOM frameworks.
- Experience managing a team that delivers cross-domain solutions within Amdocs.
