Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Data Collection Efforts: Gather and verify comprehensive data on market participants using publicly available sources, including websites, news articles, public registries, and filings, to provide accurate insights and ensure thorough data coverage.
- Implement Data Quality Standards: Oversee and implement rigorous data cleansing processes to maintain high accuracy and consistency in datasets, following best practices and proven methodologies.
- Conduct Advanced Reporting and Analysis: Perform in-depth reporting and trend analysis, generating detailed reports that deliver actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Drive Automation and Efficiency: Spearhead automation initiatives for data collection and reporting tasks using SQL and Lean methodologies to optimize processes and enhance efficiency.
- Utilize Advanced Analytical Tools: Apply advanced analytical tools, including GenAI, to conduct exploratory data analysis and extract deeper insights for informed decision-making.
- Ensure Compliance and Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of data collection processes and compliance measures, supporting continuous improvement initiatives and best practices.
- Achieve Performance Targets: Consistently meet individual and team targets with a strong emphasis on quality assurance and operational excellence.
- Contribute to Strategic Enhancements: Actively contribute to the development of new data collection methods and product enhancements to refine strategies based on market needs.
- Troubleshoot Complex Issues: Address and resolve complex data-related issues, support team members, and foster a collaborative problem-solving environment.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Holds a Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Preferably has 1–2+ years of experience working on data projects, including data validation and cleansing techniques.
- Possesses a strong analytical mindset with keen attention to detail and advanced quantitative skills.
- Proficient in SQL and Excel, with essential familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Has an in-depth understanding of compliance requirements in data collection and reporting.
- Exposure to Lean principles or experience with automation tools is essential.
- Demonstrates a willingness to learn and adapt to modern technologies, including Generative AI.
- Communicates effectively, with the ability to articulate complex data insights clearly.
- Exhibits strong time-management and multi-tasking skills to handle various aspects of the business.
- Proficient in conducting secondary research and online thematic research.
- Certified and experienced in using MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Shows initiative and resourcefulness in solving problems.
- Flexible and adaptable to varying shifts and collaborative team environments.
- Possesses strong project management skills to handle ad-hoc projects efficiently.
