Key Responsibilities:
- Determine coding and design requirements based on functional and detailed specifications.
- Analyze software bugs and implement code fixes as needed.
- Design, develop, and deliver specified software features.
- Produce clear, usable documentation and test procedures.
- Communicate directly with end clients to support software validation and deployment.
- Explore and evaluate opportunities to integrate AI/ML capabilities into the LMS suite, with a focus on predictive analytics, optimization, and automation.
Eligibility Criteria:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 0 to 2 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficient programming skills with the .NET stack, including C#, ASP.NET, web development technologies, HTML/5, JavaScript, WCF, and MS SQL Server Transact-SQL.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work directly with clients.
- Flexibility to collaborate effectively within a small development team.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and techniques, including traditional machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering) and modern Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience working with machine learning libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
- Hands-on experience in developing and deploying machine learning models.
- Understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation methods.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with liquid pipeline operations or volumetric accounting is an advantage.
- Knowledge of the oil and gas pipeline industry is also a plus.
- Experience working with cloud-based AI/ML services such as Azure Machine Learning, AWS SageMaker, or Google Cloud AI Platform is desirable.
