Key Responsibilities:
- Work effectively as a contributing team member.

- Escalate issues promptly as and when needed.

- Accurately capture and report actual efforts in status reports.

- Implement defined tasks and develop simple features or test cases with guidance as needed.
- Write and execute tests within defined product areas and document any issues found.
- Execute prewritten test cases, document problems encountered, and participate in system setup and maintenance activities.
- Provide initial analysis of issues within defined areas and assist in gathering information for debugging and resolution.
- Fix defects within assigned areas of the code; resolve simple problems with assistance and create clear, accurate change or patch documentation.
- Review test cases to ensure clarity and accuracy.
- Handle contacts and User Change Forms (UCFs) within defined product areas with support, and expedite issue resolution.
- Collaborate effectively within virtual teams and receive guidance from team members in any location.
- Participate in innovation initiatives as part of the team and contribute to the creation of knowledge documents.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must hold an undergraduate degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
- No prior professional experience required; internship or co-op experience is preferred.
- Possess a solid understanding of basic engineering concepts.
- Ability to work effectively in a global team environment with multiple stakeholders across functions, business units, and geographical regions.
- Capable of communicating task-related information clearly to clients.
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a good command of the English language.
