Key Responsibilities:
- Complete monthly Quality Control (QC) activities with a focus on identifying successes and failures in the compliance team’s work.
- Highlight and report any issues to the Quality Control and Financial Crime (FinCrime) managers.
- Provide constructive feedback to analysts and conduct root cause analysis of identified errors.
- Deliver refresher training sessions to analysts who require support in improving their quality performance.
- Coach and support new joiners within the team.
- Learn and maintain a thorough understanding of all procedures across the compliance department.
- Collaborate effectively with other teams across different locations.
- Carry out ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a compliance-related function.
- Strong knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) practices.
- Solid understanding of compliance issues and regulatory requirements within financial services, including familiarity with key processes, practices, systems, and controls.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Willingness to take ownership and responsibility for tasks.
- Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing responsibilities, objectives, priorities, and targets, with a positive attitude.
Preferred Skills:
- Fluency in an additional language.
- Practical knowledge of Google Suite tools.
