Key Responsibilities:
- Work with large and complex data sets to solve business problems using advanced analytical methods.
- Monitor and forecast key business metrics on a regular basis.
- Conduct regular planning and reviews of key performance indicators to support effective change management.
- Identify the most relevant metrics to track progress toward specific business objectives.
- Design, execute, and evaluate experiments to validate business hypotheses.
- Accelerate root cause analysis and insight generation for recurring use cases through automation and self-serve platforms.
- Develop compelling data-driven narratives that align with the organization’s strategic goals.
- Collaborate with Business, Product, and Data Engineering teams to improve data accuracy by providing feedback and assessing instrumentation quality and completeness.
- Gather on-the-ground insights to enhance analytical outcomes and business decision-making.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience in analytics, data science, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with data manipulation tools such as SQL, R, or Python.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel.
- Exposure to BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of basic statistical measurement frameworks, including measures of central tendency, dispersion, distribution, and significance testing.
