Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and enhance existing automated test frameworks.
- Collect and report quality metrics based on test execution results.
- Collaborate with developers to design and implement specific testing strategies for new features and automate them.
- Develop comprehensive test plans, execute them, and automate test cases as needed.
- Support engineering teams in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to applications and development/test environments.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience in leveraging AI or critically evaluating how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving; this may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s impact on the function or industry.
- Over 2 years of experience working with technologies relevant to ServiceNow (SN) and strong coding skills that deliver high-quality results.
- Hands-on experience with various automated testing frameworks, including Java, JUnit, Selenium, TestNG, and other open-source tools.
- Practical experience working within agile software development teams and following agile methodologies.
- Strong understanding of multiple testing techniques (e.g., performance, unit, integration, automated), with the ability to assess their strengths and limitations and apply them effectively, including tracking and resolving identified issues.
- Proficiency in using tools such as IDEs, debuggers, build tools, source control, ServiceNow instances, profilers, and system administration/Unix tools to support daily development and testing tasks.
