Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and recommend improvements to standard and moderately complex application support processes and procedures.
- Review, analyze, and prioritize incoming incident tickets and user requests to ensure timely resolution.
- Perform programming, configuration, testing, and deployment of fixes or updates for application version releases.
- Maintain open communication with users and respond effectively to standard and moderately complex application support requests and needs.
- Independently resolve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision and escalate more complex issues to the appropriate personnel as needed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
